Job Summary

Ohhpro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operational activities.

The selected candidate will support core HR functions such as onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, employee management, documentation, and client communication.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients

  • Handle HR and operational queries

2. Review Meeting Management

  • Schedule and manage review meetings

  • Record minutes of meetings (MoM)

3. End-to-End HR Operations

  • Manage employee onboarding and exits

  • Handle attendance tracking and payroll inputs

  • Maintain HR documentation

  • Support statutory compliance processes

  • Coordinate with employees for HR-related matters


Required Skills
