💰 Salary Range

₹9,000 – ₹21,000 per month (based on experience and role)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Panchayat Coordinator

• Work at the grassroots level with local communities
• Assist in implementation of programs and schemes
• Collect field data and maintain records
• Coordinate with village-level stakeholders

Block Coordinator

• Supervise and guide Panchayat Coordinators
• Ensure smooth execution of block-level operations
• Monitor progress and prepare reports
• Act as a communication bridge between district and field teams

District Coordinator

• Manage district-level planning and execution
• Oversee block and panchayat operations
• Coordinate with officials and stakeholders
• Ensure targets, reporting, and compliance are met
