Key Responsibilities

For Fast Food Mistri (Cook):

• Prepare and cook a variety of fast food items (e.g., burgers, rolls, fried rice, chow mein, sandwiches, etc.)

• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards

• Manage kitchen inventory and ingredients

• Ensure timely food preparation during rush hours

For Kitchen Helper:

• Assist the cook in chopping vegetables and other basic preparations

• Keep the kitchen clean and organized

• Wash utensils and maintain hygiene

• Support overall kitchen operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in fast food or street food cooking preferred for Mistri

• Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene
