Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated HR Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various human resources functions and ensuring a positive employee experience within the organization. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
    • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  3. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Support the performance appraisal process, including goal setting and performance reviews.
    • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
  5. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
    • Monitor employee training and development progress.
  6. Benefits Administration:
    • Assist in managing employee benefits, including health insurance and leave policies.
    • Address employee inquiries related to benefits.
  7. Payroll Processing:
    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
    • Verify payroll data for accuracy.
  8. Employee Engagement:
    • Organize employee engagement activities and events.
    • Promote a positive work culture and employee morale.
  9. HR Reporting:
    • Generate HR reports and analyze HR metrics.
    • Provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
  10. Compliance and Record-Keeping:
    • Maintain and update employee records, including personal and employment information.
    • Ensure all HR documentation is organized and in compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
