Job Profile-Senior HR Generalist
Hiring For Senior HR Generalist.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Maintaining records like employment contracts , internal databases with new hire information, Grievances Records.
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Organize quarterly, Monthly, Annually employee performance reviews
Maintain employee files and records in Softcopy and hardcopy both
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Requirements :
Proven 2+ experience as an HR Generalist
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication and people skills
MBA or Equivalent
12k - 15k per month
