Job Title: Team Leader

Job Summary:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 12 employees to achieve departmental and organizational goals. You will provide guidance, support, and direction to team members, ensuring they perform at their best and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.


  1. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire team members to achieve individual and team objectives. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

  2. Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

  3. Work Allocation: Allocate tasks and projects to team members, ensuring a fair distribution of workload and adherence to deadlines.

  4. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and coordinate training programs or opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

  5. Goal Setting: Collaborate with upper management to establish team goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor progress toward these objectives.

  6. Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues and conflicts within the team. Escalate complex problems to higher management when necessary.

  7. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of work produced by the team. Implement quality control measures and process improvements as needed.

  8. Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication channels within the team and with other departments. Keep team members informed about company policies, changes, and updates.

  9. Resource Management: Manage resources, including budgets, equipment, and materials, to support the team’s activities.

  10. Compliance: Ensure team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
