Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Sales and Customer Visits

• Visit customers based on assigned leads, tele-appointments, or renewals

• Conduct door-to-door visits to generate new leads

• Complete at least 40 door knocks per day if working in door-to-door mode

2. Product Demonstration

• Conduct appliance health check-ups

• Provide live demonstrations of appliances to customers

• Explain product features and benefits to encourage purchases

3. Sales Conversion

• Sell home appliances and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

• Achieve assigned sales targets

• Encourage customers to exchange their old appliances

4. Customer Support

• Resolve basic customer queries

• Handle first-level escalations when required

• Maintain good relationships with customers
