As a Process Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

2. Property Data Analysis

  • Perform property value analysis using data, market trends, and research.

  • Track property details and compare them with multiple online platforms to identify potential leads.

3. Lead Management

  • Follow up on leads and requests for information.

  • Communicate with prospects using SMS and email with a professional tone.

  • Categorize SMS/email communications based on given criteria.

4. Deal Support

  • Handle complex situations during the sales process.

  • Identify and remove potential deal-killers before closing deals.

5. Data Collection and Management

  • Request required data from county sources or clients.

  • Maintain proper tracking and documentation.

6. Marketing Preparation

  • Ensure client data is complete and ready before marketing campaigns begin.

7. Campaign and Task Tracking

  • Monitor and track daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

  • Maintain records of campaign performance and marketing data for assigned clients.
