Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Supervisor in daily road construction site management.

• Prepare project planning schedules for each site to ensure timely execution.

• Set project targets and timelines for completion of work.

• Assist in project estimation, cost calculations, and material planning.

• Monitor site progress and report updates to management.

• Coordinate with labor teams, drivers, and site staff for smooth workflow.

• Maintain site reports, documentation, and work records.

• Ensure quality standards and safety practices are followed at project sites.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• Knowledge of construction planning, estimation, and site execution.

• Ability to coordinate across multiple project sites.

• 3–5 years of experience in the construction field.
