🔑 Key Responsibilities
Panchayat Coordinator
- Work at the grassroots level with local communities
- Assist in implementation of programs and schemes
- Collect field data and maintain records
- Coordinate with village-level stakeholders
Block Coordinator
- Supervise and guide Panchayat Coordinators
- Ensure smooth execution of block-level operations
- Monitor progress and prepare reports
- Act as a communication bridge between district and field teams
District Coordinator
- Manage district-level planning and execution
- Oversee block and panchayat operations
- Coordinate with officials and stakeholders
- Ensure targets, reporting, and compliance are met
