About the Role

The Computer Faculty will be responsible for training students in basic computer applications, productivity tools, and digital skills. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to teach students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Computer Training & Teaching

• Teach Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to students.
• Conduct both practical and theory-based computer classes.
• Explain computer concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
• Train students on office productivity tools and digital skills.

Student Development

• Prepare notes, assignments, and learning materials.
• Assist students in improving computer knowledge and practical skills.
• Guide students during projects, presentations, and assessments.
• Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Classroom Management

• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Track student attendance and participation.
• Ensure smooth conduct of training sessions and practical labs.

Technical Support

• Provide basic computer troubleshooting assistance.
• Help students with software installation and basic technical issues.
• Support digital learning activities and online resources.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach and motivate students effectively.
• Basic knowledge of internet browsing and email usage.
• Basic computer troubleshooting skills will be an added advantage.
