- WiFi installation at customer premises
- Handling service requests and troubleshooting issues
- Router configuration and network setup
- Cable laying and basic networking work
- Resolving customer complaints within TAT (Turnaround Time)

- Basic knowledge of networking
- Understanding of fiber and broadband installation
