Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with service engineers and technicians.
• Schedule service appointments and customer visits.
• Ensure smooth communication between departments and customers.

Critical Case Management

• Handle escalated customer complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a calm and customer-friendly approach in challenging situations.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
• Update service status and customer feedback records.
• Submit performance reports to management.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Graduate candidates preferred.
• Minimum 12th Pass candidates with relevant experience can also apply.

Skills Required
