Job Overview

The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a key role in driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation.

This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who want to build a career in sales and client management.

Key Responsibilities

As a BDE, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Generating leads via calls, emails, field visits, and digital platforms
• Presenting company products and services to potential clients
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Preparing proposals, quotations, and business presentations
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Field & Operational Tasks

• Attending loan meetings
• Builder visits and builder tie-ups
• Managing documentation
• Collecting project soft copies
• Visiting national banks and handling bank tie-ups
• Assisting in login processes
• Conducting CP meetings and tie-ups
• Data collection and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferred in real estate or finance)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset and self-motivation
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

• Must own a bike with a valid driving license
• Must have a smartphone for daily work coordination

Salary & Benefits

• ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month for freshers
• Salary is negotiable for experienced candidates
• EPF & ESI benefits after probation period
• Travel Allowance (TA) & Dearness Allowance (DA) provided
