As a Domain Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality telecom training programs, managing training centers, and ensuring successful candidate placements. This role combines technical knowledge, training delivery, and center operations management.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

📘 Training & Content Development

• Develop structured course content and training delivery schedules
• Maintain practical trackers for all courses conducted at training centers
• Customize training materials based on group needs and learning levels

🏢 Center & Facilities Management

• Ensure availability and maintenance of tools, equipment, and consumables
• Oversee smooth functioning of training centers as per guidelines
• Ensure timely batch creation and scheduling

📊 Training Operations

• Maintain at least 80% trainee attendance across batches
• Ensure proper documentation as per training SDP (Skill Development Plan)
• Conduct internal and external assessments effectively

💼 Placement & Candidate Success

• Achieve 100% placement for trained candidates
• Identify local job opportunities and connect candidates with employers

📢 Mobilization & Outreach

• Drive candidate enrollment through marketing and outreach activities
• Conduct awareness campaigns and engagement initiatives

📈 Compliance & Quality

• Create action plans for reassessment where needed
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Educational Qualification:

• Science Graduate

Preferred Specialization:

• Science / Electronics / Telecom / IT or related fields

Experience Required:

• At least 1 year of industry experience in:
  • Active Networks
  • 5G Network Domain
