Key Responsibilities

Sales & Promotion

• Promote dry cleaning, ironing, and shoe cleaning services to individual and corporate customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through field marketing activities.

Customer Engagement

• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and explain service offerings.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.

Local Marketing

• Conduct pamphlet distribution and promotional activities.
• Develop partnerships with apartments, residential societies, boutiques, salons, and local businesses.
• Increase brand visibility in targeted areas.

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with social media promotions and updates.
• Manage WhatsApp campaigns and customer follow-ups.
• Help drive customer engagement and service bookings.

Home Delivery Coordination

• Coordinate customer pickups and home delivery services.
• Ensure smooth and timely service execution.

Billing & Reporting

• Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Graduate candidates preferred.
