Job Title: Account Executive

Reports to: Sales Manager
Job Summary:As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company. Your primary focus will be on selling our products/services, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Prospect, identify, and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present relevant product/service solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients to maximize revenue.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the team on market developments and client preferences.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and deals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to client acquisition and retention.
- Provide input and feedback on product/service improvements based on client feedback.

Travel:
- Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
