Job Description:As a Back Office Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the administrative and operational functions of the company run efficiently. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry and Documentation:

    • Accurately enter data into the company’s database or information management system.
    • Maintain and update physical and digital records as needed.
    • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  2. Communication and Coordination:

    • Respond to emails and inquiries from clients, employees, and external partners.
    • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
    • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
    • Assist in managing office facilities and ensuring a tidy work environment.
  4. Record Keeping and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and receipts.
    • Generate reports as required by management.
    • Assist in preparing financial and operational reports.
  5. Data Analysis and Research:

    • Perform basic data analysis and research tasks as assigned.
    • Compile and organize data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
  6. Compliance and Security:

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
