As a Telecaller at careersathi, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our

  2. Lead Qualification:

    • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest levels.
    • Gather relevant information and document customer details accurately.
    • Determine the suitability of leads for further sales discussions.
  3. Appointment Setting:

    • Schedule sales appointments for our sales team with interested customers.
    • Ensure that appointments are booked efficiently and in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments.
  4. Customer Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain positive and lasting relationships with prospective customers.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience.
  5. Sales Support:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary information and support.
    • Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets.


  • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
