As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual content that effectively communicates our brand message, engages our target audience, and supports various marketing and communication initiatives. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets for both print and digital media. This role requires creativity, a strong design sense, and proficiency in design software.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and effective graphic designs for a variety of purposes, including advertisements, marketing collateral, social media content, and websites.
Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts and ideas that align with marketing campaigns and objectives.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design materials adhere to the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Digital and Print Design: Produce graphics for both digital and print media, including but not limited to web banners, social media graphics, brochures, posters, and packaging.
Image Editing: Edit and retouch images as needed to enhance visual appeal and quality.
Typography: Select and use appropriate fonts and typography to enhance design layouts.
Creativity: Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to projects.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to ensure design alignment with project goals.
Quality Control: Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creative skills.
Excellent visual design skills, including layout, composition, and typography.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently on design projects.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
