Job Title: SEO Specialist

Job Summary:As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our online presence to increase organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic to our website. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and staying updated on search engine algorithm changes. Your goal is to enhance our website’s performance in search engine results pages (SERPs) and contribute to our overall digital marketing success.
Keyword Research and Analysis:
- Identify relevant keywords and key phrases for our target audience.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for ranking improvement.
- Stay updated on keyword trends and industry-specific terminology.
- Optimize website content, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and body content, for target keywords.
- Ensure proper URL structures, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Improve website loading speed and mobile-friendliness.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Manage and monitor online reviews and citations to enhance local SEO.
- Collaborate with content creators to promote shareable and link-worthy content.
- Perform website audits to identify and resolve technical issues affecting SEO performance (e.g., broken links, crawl errors, duplicate content).
- Monitor and improve website indexing and XML sitemaps.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement SEO best practices.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track website performance.
- Generate regular reports on SEO performance, key metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze competitor SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure that new and existing content aligns with SEO best practices.
- Optimize images, videos, and other multimedia elements for search engines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in SEO with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends and best practices.
