Job Description:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities within the Raipur region. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop sales strategies, and work closely with clients to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to team members.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and objectives for the region.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers in the region.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Sales Planning and Forecasting:
- Develop sales forecasts and budgets, tracking progress against targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Implement sales initiatives and promotions to drive sales growth.

Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and product opportunities.

Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Train sales team members on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of the Raipur market and customer base is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
