Job Title: HR Recruiter

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Interview and Selection:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep candidates informed about their application status.
- Provide a positive candidate experience.
Job Offer and Onboarding:
- Extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Assist in the negotiation of compensation packages.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records.
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports and metrics.
- Assist with other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.
Employer Branding and Outreach:
- Promote the company’s employer brand through various channels.
- Attend job fairs and networking events to connect with potential candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role, with at least [X] years of experience.
- Familiarity with recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and selection methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
