Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and track progress toward achieving sales goals.
Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships or collaborations.
Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to key clients and stakeholders.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate resources, including budgets and expenses, to support the sales team’s activities.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .
5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
