Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Design:

2. Site Investigation and Analysis:

   • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess site conditions and constraints.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations and codes.
   • Prepare and submit permit applications and other regulatory documentation.

4. Construction Oversight:

   • Provide technical support during construction phases.
   • Review construction plans and monitor progress.
   • Resolve engineering issues and ensure quality control.

5. Project Management:

   • Develop project schedules and budgets.
   • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence.
   • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders.

6. Technical Analysis and Problem-Solving:

   • Conduct engineering calculations and analysis.
   • Identify and solve technical challenges during project development.
   • Propose innovative engineering solutions.

7. Safety and Sustainability:

   • Prioritize safety in all project phases.
   • Integrate sustainable and environmentally friendly practices into designs.
   • Promote safety awareness among project teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional engineering licensure (PE) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in civil engineering projects, preferably in infrastructure or construction.
• Proficiency in engineering software and design tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
