Job Description:The Senior Engineer (Mechanical – PEB) will be responsible for overseeing and managing all mechanical aspects of our PEB projects. This role requires extensive knowledge of PEB construction methods, mechanical systems, and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management:

   • Lead and manage PEB projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
   • Develop project plans, construction schedules, and budgets.
   • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

2. PEB Design and Engineering:

   • Utilize expertise in PEB design and engineering to create efficient and structurally sound solutions.
   • Review and approve mechanical drawings, specifications, and calculations.
   • Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

3. Quality Assurance:

   • Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of construction quality.
   • Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with project requirements.
   • Identify and resolve quality issues promptly.

4. Team Leadership:

   • Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
   • Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and ensure the team’s productivity.
   • Foster a collaborative and safe work environment.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

   • Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
   • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

6. Resource Management:

   • Manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
   • Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering within the field of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB).
• Strong knowledge of PEB construction methods, mechanical systems, and relevant software tools.
• Professional engineering certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management, including budget and schedule management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic construction environment.
